General Return Policy
If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, please contact us via e-mail (and include your order number and order date) within 30 days of the date you received your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA" for refund, store credit or exchange. Returns cannot be accepted without this RMA.
We will refund 100% of your original online purchase price as long as the returned product is in the same resalable condition as they were when shipped, and the product purchased online was returned to us (as dated by the return shipper) within 30 days from the date you received your order (as defined by the shipper's original delivery date).
In order to qualify for a refund or return, all products must be returned in their entirety and in their original unopened packaging. Please include your original invoice, or a copy with your return. Shipping & handling charges can not be credited or refunded, and any return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept product returns for products that were not purchased from the RodoTrak online store.
